Living in the city, we understood the challenge of walking our dogs in the rain. So, we set out to create a solution that combines both practicality and style. Our raincoats are a reflection of our love for street fashion, designed to keep your pup dry while ensuring they look effortlessly cool. Paired with a matching umbrella, rainy day walks are no longer a hassle—they become an opportunity to step out and feel good while exploring the city together.

RAINCOAT AND SWEATER SIZING DIFFERENCES

Your pup will likely wear the same size for both the raincoat and sweater, but please note that each has a different size chart. The raincoat material is not stretchable, so be sure to pay attention to the neck and chest circumference when ordering a raincoat.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after it's received. USPS Ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email to keep you updated. Please note that we may ship via UPS or FedEx too.

24 HR. CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at help@puppst.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible, but you will have the option to return the item.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

Please contact help@puppst.com so you could return the item and we will ship out the exchanged item to you once we’ve received and inspected the returned product.

HOW TO RETURN

You may return within 14 days of purchase if product is unworn, undamaged and still contains the tag and original packaging, please send an email to help@puppst.com for further instructions regarding your return.
